TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Unit composition to be finalized.

2. Initially contract will be valid for a period of one year, which will be renewed automatically for subsequent years unless terminated by either party by giving one month notice in writing for one month in advance.

3. Ours bills will be raised on each 2nd of the month in favour of M/s. Monitor Services. It’s a request to kindly issue the payment within 7 days from receipt of the bill.

4. None of our employees should be employed directly or indirectly during the pendency of our contract and on termination of the contract minimum 3 months not to be employed by the principle party.

5. Any payment made to our security personnel in cash or kind will be treated as personnel transaction and our company will not be liable for the same.
